    When should I cancel my trip?

    ⚠️ Cancel immediately if a medical issue (affecting you or a close relative) could prevent your departure.

    Notify our insurance as soon as possible—you have 5 days from the moment you become aware of the issue (except in cases of absolute emergency).

    Do not delay: If you cancel too late, we will only reimburse expenses incurred at the time of the issue. Any additional costs will be your responsibility.

    Cancel at the first signs of a problem to ensure full coverage.
